Responsibilities
- Analyse the reliability and stability of the process at the ethylene production facilities to identify any problem arise on repetitive basis and conducting studies to improve or repair system as part of total productive maintenance activity in order to solve and find the root cause
- Analyze any problems or any gap of production performance through plant performance monitoring in daily basis to come up with any initiatives to solve or close the gap in order to achieve maximum production optimization.
- Perform economic analysis, continue to create or develop any improvement initiatives of production process in order to increase efficiency of production process and generate better quality of products to achieve maximum production plan optimization objective.
- Analyse any standard operating procedure related to process improvement initiatives and provide some improvement for procedure to ensure any kind of improvements is implemented properly.
- Analyse technical assistance, troubleshooting and any hazards analysis for Ethylene plant in order to ensure the Plants can operate properly based on production plan
- Investigate before and after turn around maintenance activity (TAM) in plants to ensure the plant will run safe and properly
- Analyze the preparation of any required documents or reports related to safety as a result of any change in design of equipment in order to ensure the safety requirement compliance is achieved
- Verify the completion new/modified equipment installation and Join Pre Start-Up Safety Review (PSSR) to ensure the installation of new/modified equipment suitable based on operational plant requirement prior to commissioning.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 1 year working experience in engineering field at Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/ EPC/ Similar Industry.
- Fresh Graduate welcome to apply
- Proficient using Ms Office.
- Fluent in English skill both spoken & written.
This position will be placed at site office Cilegon.
