As a ServiceNow Expert, you will develop new features in the ServiceNow CRM, manage and govern the European ServiceNow catalog including all requests for new items or functionalities, and act as the main contact person for the global ServiceNow team in Brazil.
What will you be doing:
- Develop new functionalities and enhancements in ServiceNow (primarily CRM, ITSM, and ITAM).
- Manage the full end‑to‑end request process: ticket intake, analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Maintain and govern key ServiceNow data — the European service catalog and CMDB accuracy, including audits and CI relationship management.
- Resolve complex incidents and requests that exceed L1 support capabilities and provide expert guidance to other IT teams.
- Document processes, functional requirements, and technical solutions; create clear How‑To guides for L1 support and end users.
- Collaborate with the global ServiceNow team (especially Brazil), IT Operations, TechOps, IT Support, Procurement, and other cross‑functional teams.
- Participate in a major global AI implementation project within ServiceNow, including testing and rollout activities.
- Act as a back‑up for the Line Manager and contribute to project planning and coordination.
What you will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in IT Solutions with strong knowledge of ServiceNow or another CRM, ITIL processes and IT administration.
- Good understanding of IT system landscapes (e.g., Microsoft Active Directory Management, O365, APIs).
- Ability to design and deliver high‑quality technical solutions in a timely manner.
- Certifications in ITIL or ServiceNow Fundamentals are an advantage.
- Ability to work and deliver results within Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Good organizational and coordination abilities.
- High level of service orientation.
- Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure.
- Fluent English (spoken and written); an additional language is a plus.
- University degree or equivalent practical experience
