About Edge’s NDIS Services
As a registered NDIS provider, Edge Employment Solutions NDIS plays a vital role in empowering people with disability to reach their full potential by providing customised employment support. Our services aim to help individuals develop the skills and confidence needed to participate in the workforce, pursue their goals, and live independently.
About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated NDIS Employment Support Coach to join our team at Edge. In this role, you will deliver NDIS-funded employment services, including School Leaver Employment Supports and Finding and Keeping a Job.
Your primary focus will be to support and mentor NDIS participants, helping them overcome barriers and develop the skills necessary to transition into further education or employment through the creation of personalised plan.
As an NDIS Employment Support Coach, you won't be office-bound. You will engage directly with participants in the community, using a person-centred approach to collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure services are delivered effectively. You will work within the NDIS Commission’s Quality Standards Framework, ensuring that all services are safe, ethical, and compliant, while maintaining the high standards that have established Edge as a trusted and respected organisation in the community.
Key Responsibilities
About You:
This is a part-time position (32.5hrs per week, spread across 5 days, Monday to Friday), based in the community South of the River, with travel required within a 25 km radius of Cockburn, with occasional travel to Subiaco. If you’re motivated by the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of NDIS participants and have the experience to support their journey into education and employment, we’d love to hear from you!
