About the Role:
Seeking a highly motivated individual for a Delivery Specialist position. In this role, the Delivery Specialist will be responsible for the system delivery lifecycle of various system types, cloud and on-premises, based on predefined configurations and specifications, ensuring systems are delivered on time, within the committed specifications, and fully operational. The role is primarily office-based and involves remote system preparation, configuration, and delivery activities.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing Production and POC systems including system upgrade and configuration.
- Conducting full testing and verifying system is fully operational.
- Conducting final review to ensure the system meets contract commitments and specifications.
- Ensure a smooth system handover process to Sales, including completion of all required documentation is provided.
- Executing configuration change requests during post-delivery phase.
- Identify complex installations and escalate all observed problems.
- Direct communication with sales managers, pre-sale engineers, deployment engineers, and support team in order to coordinate system handover and serve as first focal point.
- Be willing to work irregular hours as required.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience in system preparation, delivery, and/or handover processes in a hi-tech company.
- Up to 2 years of experience in customer support at a hi-tech company.
- Comfortable working across diverse IT tools and software environments, demonstrating practical technical proficiency.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Linux, Windows, VMs, databases, configuration tools, VPNs, networking, or log file analysis.
- Familiarity with Cloud and On-premises environments – an advantage.
- Familiarity with Office and ERP system -an advantage.
- Demonstrating ability to drive parallel deliveries and tasks – a must.
- Proactive, initiative-taking, very organized, and very punctual – a must.
- Ability to provide service to internal and external customers while maintaining professionalism and courtesy – a must
- High capability to see the whole picture while going down to details and distinguishing nuances – a must.
- Keen to continuously learn and develop expertise in diverse areas such as software, hardware, infrastructure, cloud, and networking.
- Do it by yourself and self-learner attitude.
- A degree or equivalent education or experience in Information Systems/Computer Science or related field.
- Fluent Hebrew and English - read/write
