Key Accountabilities
.Support the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects.
.According to annual performance management cycle outputs. Responsible for the annual training need analysis
.Responsible for communicating the annual training plan to the organization’s employees and their line managers.
.Responsible for maintaining the records of the employees’ scholarships
.Responsible for implementing the developmental and feedback assessments
.Responsible for preparing the monthly, quarterly, and annual Human Capital Reports
.Undertake any other duties or assignment as required from time to time by the management.

Job Requirements'
Education: Bachelor of Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equative.
Field/Years of Experience: 0-2 Years’ experience in the same field.
Languages:
· Arabic and English professional proficiency.

· MS Office Suite
