- Direct live and recorded news programs, ensuring smooth execution of scripts, visuals, and technical elements.
- Coordinate with producers, presenters, and technical teams to maintain the highest production quality.
- Implement creative camera angles, lighting setups, and studio movements to enhance visual storytelling.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during live broadcasts to minimize disruptions.
- Supervise and guide cameramen, floor managers, sound engineers, and other crew members.
- Adhere to Asharq's guidelines and technical standards.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film & Television, Broadcasting, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 7–10 years in live TV production, with at least 3 years in a Studio Director role at a major news network.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in broadcast production systems, vision mixing, robotic cameras, and newsroom automation tools.
• Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments.
