Position SummaryThe National DCA / Patrol Support Customer Service Repis responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the service department. This includes identifying potential avenues of increased revenue by working with all teams, managers, customers, etc to provide timely feedback to the customers regarding service failures and to ensure that customer concerns are handled effectively.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Assisting with installs and ensuring the completion of tasks
Maintaining accounts post installation
Obtaining Meters from customer devices remotely, via email and phones calls
Data Entry, Creating excel spreadsheets, and Remote Onboarding
Overseeing the many DCA’s on many accounts while maintaining device health report.
Organizing and documenting reports and paperwork.
Sending Emails, Labels, Patrol Boxes, and software links to New and or existing customers.
Adding Machines to Contract from your Desk / Remotely.
Ensuring customer’s satisfaction while keeping a positive relationship.
Contribute, or otherwise assist
Assisting other divisions within DEX Imaging.
Office position.
Review customer to proactively look at non-reporting printers and or stage devices.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
Requirements:
High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/BA); or 2+ years of experience in an administrative capacity and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in order processing and shipping preferred
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Well organized and detail oriented.
Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
Resilient to coping with high demands, multitasking, prioritizing duties, work under pressure.
Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
Punctual and Reliable
