About the role
English National Ballet is seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing and Communications Administrator to join our ambitious Marketing and Communications team.
In this vital role, you’ll provide essential support across the full breadth of our marketing, press, and digital activity. You’ll play a key part in delivering impactful campaigns that raise the profile of English National Ballet, its productions, and its work beyond the stage. From supporting email marketing to coordinating campaign activity and managing customer enquiries, you’ll help ensure our communications are delivered smoothly and effectively.

responsibilities as
Marketing and Communications Administrator will include:
- Support campaign delivery across our programme of activity including performances, digital platforms, engagement, and fundraising activities
- Build e-communications, working with relevant colleagues to ensure accurate and effective copy and content
- Assist the Press Officer with the administration of press coverage and press activities, attending opening nights and/or photocalls as required
- Act as first point of contact for all team enquiries, monitoring and responding to external enquiries with a high standard of customer service
- Assist with the upkeep of our Digital Asset Management system and website ballet.org.uk
- Provide administrative support on a variety of marketing, press and digital projects as required.
Key Selection Criteria
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, with experience of owning administrative work within a busy team
- Experience of overseeing and maintaining systems and processes
- Excellent attention to detail with regard to proof-reading, accurate data and checking
- Clear, confident communication with excellent copywriting and active listening
- Ability to build positive, collaborative working relationships and provide a friendly service to people at all levels within the organisation and externally
