FASTSHIP is a Thailand's top-notch cross border logistics platform aggregating over 15 top door to door delivery service providers including UPS, FedEx, Aramex, SF Express, USPS, PostNL and ThailandPost. Our strategy is to expand the business range to compete with a rapidly growing ecommerce business in SEA through innovative, technology-driven and a broad range of total solutions in logistics and supply chain.

- 20 service points throughout Thailand
What you will handle:
- Provide accurate recommendations for services and information to customers.
- Operate shipment orders via Fastship system to complete customers’ requests.
- Learn and gain information about international logistics, in order to suggest products and services to customers.
- Solve problems and respond to customer complaints in a prompt and helpful manner.
- Seek opportunity and potential to build long-term relationships with customers.
- Generate sales through calls and promotion updates.
- Prepare a daily report.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Handle Shipment and Parcel (Packing, Weighting and calculating cost
What you have:
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- New graduate are welcome
- Experience in client-facing roles, customer services, call center, telesales will be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English will be an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure
- Willingness to learn product and service knowledge
- Computer literacy : MS Office
- Able to commute to our Head Office at Cheangwattana 14
- Willingness and ability to travel between branches within Bangkok (travel allowance provided)
- Able to work 6 days per week
