About the role
It's an exciting time to join Bluestone as we embark on ambitious growth plans across Australia. Propel your career to new heights as Business Development Manager promoting our home loan offerings within the broker market! This role will see you uncover broker needs and proactively educate brokers on the benefits of working with Bluestone.
Responsibilities
You’ll join a close-knit team who are passionate about providing outstanding service and results to Brokers nation-wide! You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the best in the industry and be nurtured and supported by your team and manager.
Your experience
This role suits a natural hunter with proven success in developing new business within the lending industry (non-confirming preferred). You’ll play to your strengths as a trusted partner, strategic seller and be confident in your ability to drive growth and revenue within your broker network.
