Position Overview At Redmap, our Sales and Marketing team drives growth by building lasting partnerships and delivering measurable outcomes for our customers.
As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Redmap’s success within our most valued customer relationships. You will act as the trusted advisor and strategic partner to enterprise-level customers, ensuring business objectives are met, opportunities are maximised, and customer satisfaction remains exceptional.
This is a highly collaborative and commercially focused role that requires a balance of relationship management, business acumen, and executional excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Growth & Customer Relations
Serve as the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of enterprise accounts, engaging across multiple stakeholders and business units.
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, serving as their main point of contact.
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with both customer and Redmap’s commercial goals.
Proactively identify expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities that deliver measurable value to both the customer and Redmap.
Maintain a deep understanding of customer strategies, challenges, and success metrics to ensure alignment and retention.
Address any customer concerns or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term loyalty.
Account Governance & Planning
Prepare annual account plans for each customer, specifying key goals and projected outcomes.
Deliver quarterly and annual business reviews (QBRs/ABRs) highlighting value delivered, performance outcomes, and future roadmap alignment for account performance, utilisation and feature releases.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity, translating these insights into actionable strategies for customers.
Track and report on account health, adoption, and ROI, leveraging data-driven insights to inform recommendations.
Keep Hubspot data up to date.
Project Management & Execution
In conjunction with the Customer Activation Team, participate in the successful delivery of additional products, services, or projects to customers, helping to identify risks and issues.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. development, marketing, product, customer support) to ensure smooth and effective execution of customer projects.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve any issues or roadblocks that arise.
Champion the customer’s voice internally to ensure Redmap’s products and services continue to evolve to meet enterprise needs.
Collaboration and Teamwork
Work closely with the customer activation, development and product teams to ensure alignment on customer objectives and deliverables.
Collaborate with customer support to address and resolve customer issues, ensuring customer success.
Share best practices, insights, and learnings to contribute to Redmap’s continuous improvement and growth culture.
Requirements
Proven experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in a SaaS or technology-driven organisation.
Demonstrated success in building multi-stakeholder relationships and driving measurable account satisfaction.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer goals into actionable strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively to a range of stakeholders.
A collaborative spirit and the drive to solve complex problems with a customer first centric mindset.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, be solution orientated with strong attention to detail.
