You will partner with business leaders and IT teams to enhance the “SCAPE” Statistical Compute Environment, ensuring seamless integration and modern ways of working. Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure traceability between user requirements, functional specifications, and testing deliverables. 

• Support validation and testing while maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards. 

• Collaborate with AQS business and IT teams to design and deliver modern technology solutions. 

• Coordinate integration touchpoints and ensure accurate data flow across SCAPE SCE interfaces. 

• Maintain SCAPE product backlog and align user requirements across project workstreams. 

• Partner with vendors to interpret and implement user requirements effectively. 

• Drive user experience considerations and adherence to compliance in solution design and deployment. 

Essential Requirements 

• University degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience. 

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with global responsibilities. 

• Proven ability to influence without authority and collaborate across diverse teams. 

• Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies. 

• Extensive experience in project management and change management for global solutions. 

• Demonstrated success in delivering validated IT solutions and managing complex requirements. 

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges proactively. 

• Excellent communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively. 

Desirable Requirements 

• Familiarity with SCAPE Statistical Compute Environment and related integration processes. 

• Experience with clinical data standards such as CDISC-SDTM, ADaM, and Unified Study Data Model.
