Regional Marketing Manager – PS Consumer & Gaming, LATAM
Description -
We're looking for a Regional Marketing Manager to lead Consumer PC and Gaming momentum across LATAM. This role blends strategic planning, team leadership, and cross-functional orchestration to deliver measurable impact across countries, categories, sales, and channels—from mainstream consumer notebooks to the high-growth gaming segment.
What This Role Will Own
- Lead the 4P Planning process for Consumer PCs and Gaming with Category, Channel, Sales, and GTM teams
- Cascade budgets and 4P strategies across LATAM countries, balancing consumer and gaming priorities
- Roll up game plan requests and business cases to GTM and Category for both mainstream and gaming audiences
- Drive Pan-LATAM communications planning and campaign launches across consumer and gaming portfolios
- Align with Category and Channel on regional product launches, promotions, and seasonal activations (Back to School, Holiday, Gaming events)
- Develop regional campaigns implementing brand guidelines for HP Consumer and HyperX/OMEN gaming lines
- Orchestrate and map all customer journey tactics across consumer and gamer touchpoints, identifying gaps and conversion opportunities
- Own category content across the full consumer and gaming journey, adapting messaging to audience segments—students, families, creators, and gamers
- Adapt and land global campaigns in LATAM with regional relevance, cultural resonance, and local market impact
- Consolidate activation plans, goals, and KPIs from local country teams across both segments
- Oversee landing page development and performance optimization for consumer and gaming product pages
