We are seeking a Partnerships Associate to join our growing team in the Philippines. Our ideal candidate is a proactive and relationship-driven individual with strong organizational skills and experience in partnership management, field work, and performance optimization.
In this position, you will:
● Manage and grow the company's partnership channels, which include referral partners, organizations, and KOLs
● Actively search for and close new referral partners, organizations, and KOLs for collaboration opportunities
● Conduct field visits and meetings with current and potential partners
● Oversee the onboarding, contract signing, and documentation of our partners
● Support partners with operational challenges
● Ensure timely and accurate payouts for our partners
● Coordinate with the Marketing team on materials and campaigns needed
● Initiate programs and strategies to attract high-quality partnerships
● Monitor and optimize referral systems, including website flows, Zoho CRM processes, and email templates
● Conduct regular check-ins and performance meetings with our partners
Requirements
