Are you a student passionate about technology, data, and problem-solving? Looking to gain real industry experience while still studying?
At Facilization, you’ll join a hands-on internship program where you’ll work on real projects within the European financial services industry. You’ll be exposed to modern technologies such as Oracle Financial Services, Database Systems and AI Driven Solutions.
This is more than just an internship, it’s a starting point. In fact, 30 of our former interns are now full-time team members.
What You Will Experience
During the program, you will:
Learn the tools, technologies, and methodologies used in real financial software projects.
Work on practical tasks and real development or consulting challenges.
Receive mentorship from experienced developers and consultants.
Collaborate with a young, supportive and dynamic team.
Be evaluated at the end of the program for potential future opportunities.
Choose Your Path
We are opening one call for two distinct career paths. You will select your preferred track during the application process:
Consultant Path
This track is ideal for students who enjoy data analysis, process optimization, understanding business needs from a functional perspective and working closely with clients and systems.
We are looking for students who have:
Basic knowledge of SQL and Java (joins, aggregations, queries, understanding code)
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Developer Path
This track is ideal for students who enjoy programming, building software, and solving technical challenges.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of SQL, Java SE, JavaScript
Understanding of databases, algorithms and data structures (stacks, queues, lists)
Nice to have (not required):
Transact-SQL or Oracle PL/SQL
Spring / Spring Boot / Java EE
Maven, Git
REST or SOAP services
Who Can Apply:
We welcome students in their final semester of Bachelor’s or currently enrolled in Master’s degrees in:
Business Informatics / Information Technology
Computer Science / Computer Engineering
Finance with a minor in IT / Mathematics
Selection Process:
Submit Application: Choose your track (Consultant or Developer).
Profile Review: We’ll check if your background matches our tech stack.
Cognitive Test: A quick assessment of your problem-solving logic.
Technical Test: A practical task based on your chosen track.
Interview: A chat about your motivation and fit.
Program Invitation: Successful candidates will be invited to join us as interns
