As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Support Technician to join our support team. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients experience seamless functionality with our software products.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients for the company’s software products
- Install and configure software solutions
- Deliver user training and support during implementation
- Handle daily support requests and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field
- Good knowledge of Databases (RDBMS)/ Windows operating systems/ Basic networking
- Good command of the English language
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and initiative
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to have
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare sector
