About the Role
The AFL Talent Scout – SA & WA is responsible for identifying, monitoring and assessing emerging football talent across the South and West region.
The role supports the Club’s list management and recruiting strategy by delivering accurate, timely, and high‑quality talent intelligence, contributing to draft, rookie, and future talent decisions aligned with the Carlton Football Club’s football strategy and values.
This position is offered as a minimum two‑year fixed‑term contract and can be based in either South Australia or Western Australia. Regular travel across both states is required, including evenings and weekends.
