About the role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-obsessed Product Quality Specialist to join our Product team and help us ship high-quality experiences, fast.
This is a hands-on manual QA role, sitting at the intersection of Product and Engineering, and plays a critical part in making sure everything we release works exactly as expected—before it reaches our users.
You’ll also become the go-to person for product issues across the company, helping us bring order, clarity, and structure to how we identify and resolve bugs.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end manual QA for product releases before they go live
- Run smoke tests and validate releases meet product requirements
- Work closely with Product and Engineering to catch issues early and improve quality
- Act as the central hub for all incoming product issues across the company
- Triage, investigate, and reproduce bugs reported by teams (CS, Sales, Risk, Ops)
- Clearly document issues and assign them to the right teams
- Track bugs through resolution and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Identify recurring issues and patterns to help drive smarter processes and automation
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in manual QA / product testing or a similar role
- Extremely detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical concepts
- Background in fintech or experience working with financial products (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate and reproduce issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Comfortable working with AI tools (and thinking how to leverage AI to improve QA and processes)
- A proactive mindset
- Ability to read and understand code (even at a basic level)
