At the moment, we are looking for a Car Fleet Manager to join our team. This position can be fully remote, so you can work from anywhere in Lithuania.
What you‘ll do::
- Review and coordinate vehicle repair estimates with partner service providers
- Communicate with service providers to ensure timely and high-quality repairs
- Create, manage, and track repair cases in the internal system.
- Analyze supplier pricing and recommend cost-effective solutions
- Support the Fleet team in coordinating vehicle repairs related to sales processes
- Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
- Help manage the car fleet and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- The position covers the Lithuanian market, with opportunities to expand into Latvia and Estonia
Requirements
What we‘re looking for:
- Basic understanding of vehicle repair processes (bodywork experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail (especially when reviewing estimates)
- Background in a car service center, service reception, insurance claims, fleet, or similar automotive environment
- Experience with repair estimates; knowledge of Audatex is a plus (training can be provided).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English knowledge
