People and Culture Intern

Function: People and Culture

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Contract Duration: 12 Month Contract 

 

We are looking for a passionate People & Culture Intern to support P&C operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and learning activities.

 

What you will do:

• Support the recruitment process (screening, scheduling, communication).
• Assist in onboarding and employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain HR data and support reporting activities.
• Support learning, development, and internal training coordination.

 

Who we are looking for:

• Fresh graduate in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
