Area:
Purchase to Pay Services Americas (P2P) is part of the Supplier and Reporting (GBR) cluster and includes Procurement and Accounts Payable E2E Services for the entire Americas region. In P2P, we are responsible for acquiring goods and services up to the payment stage. Our area processes plant demands and ensures invoices are paid when appropriate so that there are no delays in the production process. Everything required for a chemical plant to operate is purchased by P2P: chemical products, reagents, gloves, food, etc.
Main Objective of the Position:
The freight and brokers analyst manages the daily finance operations within the Freight Cost Management team. He/she is responsible for the correct and timely invoice processing according to global KPIs. The freight and brokers analyst works very closely with the account management analyst, ensuring the success of the cluster targets.
