Responsibilities
- Develop structured systems for the recruitment and management of CapCut creators and agencies.
- Manage the empowering system of creators and agencies. Provide insights and strategies for creator growth based on data analysis and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with the commercial team for the monetization of creators and agencies.
- Collaborate with the content team to improve in-app content creation quality and increase target content production.
- Collaborate with the recommendation team to ensure that the high-quality templates identified by the platform are produced and distributed more widely.
