Implement, maintain and optimize systems and tools used by the Product teams
Lead projects that are orthogonal to the responsibilities of Product Managers and drive PM’s input to these projects
Implement, maintain and optimize processes to improve product team efficiency that are decentralized and run by each product area
Run selected centralized routine processes
Manage internal stakeholders (PM, Engineering, Design, etc.) to collect requirements related to processes, drive projects, and give visibility on the projects
4+ years of blended experience as a Product Operations Manager, Program Manager, and/or a Product Manager
Strong experience with Jira Plans, Jira Service Desk, Jira Product Discovery and Jira configurations in general
Strong ability in prioritizing on what needs to be done now, next, later, never in the context of product initiatives
Hands-on approach in creating and optimizing processes
Systems thinking and ability to implement and optimize tooling
Confident working with and analyzing data
Being technical to the point of integrating various tools using native integrations or connectors like Zapier is a plus
