The Value Manager is responsible for driving value growth within the supplier facility by supporting performance improvement initiatives, developing action plans, and identifying opportunities to enhance revenue, loyalty, retention, and overall operational value.
Be a supplier full-time employee responsible for driving value growth through training, communication, and identification of performance outliers.
Develop Supplier Facility action plans to drive performance across key areas including revenue, loyalty and retention, digital performance, value compliance, and other financial metrics such as charges and credits.
Communicate and support Supplier Facility strategic initiatives, including the development and implementation of promotions.
Provide subject matter expertise and actively promote engagement around new products, pricing strategies, promotions, incentives, and other initiatives.
Generate and implement KPI action plans in collaboration with onsite teams and value management teams.
Monitor supplier performance and identify value outliers, taking appropriate actions to address performance gaps.
Attend regularly scheduled Value Manager meetings to review performance, share insights, and align on improvement initiatives.
