Position: Student – Arctic Operations and Ice Services
Location: Montreal, Quebec
Start/End Date: From May 2026 to October 2026
Hours of Work: Approximately 35 hours per week
The Arctic Operations and Projects team is operating the world’s largest fleet of ice-class bulk carriers.
We are looking for a Student, Arctic Operations and Ice Services to help support our Operations team over the summer continuing to Fall. The Student, Arctic Operations and Ices Services will have great opportunities to learn about transportation operations with a possibility of visiting an Arctic mine and boarding one of our ships.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare documentation for Arctic mining project.
- Create and prepare ship documentation and daily reports.
- Support with the scheduling.
- Perform other related administrative/accounting duties at the discretion of the Arctic Operations team.
WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON
The ideal candidate is:
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated from university
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible working schedule. (including working outside regular office hours and weekend)
- Motivated and autonomous.
