Senior Associate or Associate | Litigation & Dispute Resolution

We’re currently seeking a talented and client-focused Senior Associate or Associate to join our Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in Brisbane. You’ll work closely with a seasoned Principal and be part of a dynamic group of high-performing lawyers.

In this role, you’ll work on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, with exposure to corporate insolvency and bankruptcy matters. You’ll have opportunities to take increasing responsibility for matters, provide strategic input, and contribute to mentoring and supporting junior team members.

About You

You’re a confident litigator who enjoys working in fast-paced environments and building strong client relationships. Ideally, you will bring:

• A minimum of 3 years’ post-admission experience in litigation and dispute resolution.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• High attention to detail and effective time management.
• An interest in and proactive approach to business development.
• A collaborative attitude and genuine commitment to excellence in client service.
