In this role, you’ll support customers with different sport needs, levels, and interests, helping them find the products and services that meet their needs and ensuring an enjoyable experience in-store and online.
Create great experience for every customer
Welcome people warmly and help them explore sport solutions that fit their needs, abilities, and interests
Provide accessible options, from new and second-hand products to rentals, repairs, and subscriptions
Build positive relationships that encourage customers to return and feel part of our community
Support seamless, simple shopping experiences across all channels (in-store, online, social)
Keep the environment welcoming, inclusive, and easy to explore
Bring products to life
Ensure clear and accurate product information so every customer can make informed choices
Maintain excellent stock availability and merchandising
Share your own passion and knowledge of sports to inspire customers
