About the role
We are seeking an experienced Field Application Specialist (FAS) to join our Customer Experience team in this newly created role as we consolidate our leading market position and expand into new market segments. The successful candidate will provide technical expertise to IonOpticks’ current customers throughout Europe and the UK, including technical onboarding and troubleshooting, while building strong relationships with our customers, partners and stakeholders in their territory. The FAS will also support the sales team in expanding our customer base through product demonstrations.
There is a requirement to travel approx.50% of the time (national and international)
What you will be doing
The FAS will be an integral part of our Customer Experience team fostering strong collaboration with both the R&D and Sales divisions of the company. The FAS will act as a domain expert in LC‑MS based proteomics, be the product expert for IonOpticks’ portfolio of products, and serve as the primary technical point of contact for IonOpticks’ prospects and customers. Working alongside and supporting the Business Development Mangers you play a vital part in helping existing customers and winning new ones.
