We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Team Lead to manage and drive the performance of our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong
background in call center operations, telemarketing, or phone-based sales, who has successfully led teams and consistently delivered on KPIs.
The team works with high volumes of inbound and outbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, converting interested participants into scheduled research
sessions through calls, texting, email communication, and CRM management. This is a hands-on management role, meaning the team lead is expected not only to
manage the team but also to actively support recruitment activities when needed.
In this position, you will:
Team Leadership & People Management
â Manage and supervise a team of 4-6 recruiters
â Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
â Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews
â Monitor call quality and provide feedback and training
â Build and manage shift schedules to ensure proper operational coverage
â Foster a competitive, high-performing team environment
Recruitment & Lead Conversion
â Lead by example by participating in recruitment activities when required
â Drive outbound communication efforts, including calls, SMS, and email follow-ups
â Support recruiters in improving the conversion rate
â Handle escalations and complex cases when needed
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
â Track and analyze key KPIs, including: Call volume, Conversion rates, Booking targets, Show-up rates
â Review daily and weekly performance reports
â Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans
CRM & Communication Management
â Ensure proper use of CRM systems for managing leads and communication history
â Maintain clear documentation of participant interactions
â Monitor CRM accuracy, tagging, and follow-up processes
Requirements
Our ideal candidate:
â At least 2 years of experience managing a team
â At least 2 years of experience in telemarketing, call center operations, phone sales, or customer service
â Comfortable working in a hands-on role, including supporting calls when needed
