Account specific roles and responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases, including platforms such as UKG.
- Develop, maintain, and update regular reports and dashboards to support business operations and leadership reporting.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reports and reporting tools.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Troubleshoot reporting discrepancies and resolve data-related issues in coordination with relevant teams.
Requirements
- At least 6 months experience in Data Analysis / Reporting Analyst
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Good verbal and written English skills
- Willing to work onsite in Buendia, Makati
- Amenable working night shift
