· Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and provide state-of-the-art surgical training and follow-up.
· Ensure sustainable market-share growth and enable fruitful collaboration with the dedicated sales team to deliver cohesive strategies.
· Leverage expertise in surgical ophthalmology to influence surgeon preferences, navigate complex hospital environments, and act as a strategic partner to hospitals and clinics.
Requirements
· Degree in health sciences, ideally Chemistry, Pharmacy or Biology
· At least 5 years of previous industry experience (preferably in ophthalmology).
· History of top sales performance, commercially astute and driven by sales results.
· Experience in the operating room for training / supporting the use of new technologies.
· Developed organizational skills and multi-tasking ability.
· Effective relationship / trust building skills.
· Committed ability to travel frequently, in Greece and abroad.
