Achieving sales goals through the development of new and existing business within an allocated territory.

The Role

Pursuing and securing new business acquisition through targeted cold calling and lead continuation strategies.

You will be responsible for:

• Achieving sales goals through the development of new and existing business

• Building meaningful business relationships with both existing and prospective customers

• Pursuing and securing new business acquisition through cold calling and lead continuation

• Collaborating with customers to create an actionable plan for business development

• Implementing and supporting new promotions and product launches with business partners

* Results-driven sales professionals with territory management experience within the skin care, hair, or health industries, capable of delivering on sales and KPI expectations.

• Providing timely reports to management

This rewarding sales opportunity will oversee Sydney’s Hills District and Hawkesbury.

What You Will Bring

We look for results-driven sales professionals with territory management experience within skin care, hair or health industries, capable of delivering on sales and KPI expectations. Along with embodying our values and brand you will have:

• Previous beauty therapy and management experience within the professional skin care industry together with a strong business acumen and experience with new business acquisition

• Self-motivation is key, as is the desire to seek opportunities and convert leads and prospects into business partners.

• We value team players and seek a candidate who understands and can accommodate the many desires of a diverse territory within the professional skin care industry.

• We value the insights gained through daily communications with our existing and potential customers, therefore previous experience and a commitment to working with a CRM is fundamental.

• Moderate IT skills to effectively utilise CRM systems and company business tools.

Current and valid driver's licence.
