The Role
We are seeking a motivated Mediclinic Support & Sales Lead Generator to drive growth and expand our customer base across NSW, while supporting the wider sales team with Mediclinic acquisition.
This role is focused on identifying, generating and converting high-quality Mediclinic opportunities into profitable business partnerships. You will play a key role in strengthening Dermalogica PRO awareness and accelerating new business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify suburbs with limited Dermalogica representation and proactively approach high-quality skin clinics
Prospect at a level that produces financially viable business relationships
Acquire partners that represent Dermalogica’s vision and professional standards
Mediclinic Strategy & Leadership
Create and execute a strategic roadmap for Mediclinic prospecting nationally
Lead and coach the team on Mediclinic prospecting initiatives
Prospect and target Mediclinics in New South Wales
Attend industry events to build relationships with Doctors and Nurses
Drive lead generation activity across the team
What You Will Bring
We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships.
You will bring:
Proven sales experience, ideally in prospecting or lead generation
Experience working within or alongside the Mediclinic industry
Registered Nurse qualification
Minimum 2 years’ territory management experience (skin care, hair or health industries preferred)
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
Experience developing and executing strategic plans
Demonstrated ability to convert leads into business partners
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Resilience, self-motivation and strong time management
CRM and moderate IT proficiency
Current full Driver’s Licence and own vehicle
You are a natural connector who can build rapport quickly, demonstrate value and position Dermalogica PRO as an essential partner for clinic success.
