

Business Systems & Operations Support Contractor (Short‑Term)
Location: Melbourne (Onsite) Engagement: Short‑term contract | Approx. 4 days/week (flexible week‑to‑week) Rate: Day rate – TBA

Wild Tech is seeking a Business Systems & Operations Support Contractor to help maintain continuity across CRM, operational systems, and database‑driven processes while two key team members are on maternity leave from around the end of April.
This is a hands‑on, “get‑things‑done” role for someone who can quickly build trust with operational teams, troubleshoot issues with limited documentation, and keep day‑to‑day workflows running smoothly.
Note: This role is Melbourne‑based and onsite (not remote / interstate). Regular in‑office presence is essential to support operational teams effectively.

Reporting line: You’ll report to the Commercial Manager and work with senior stakeholders who have a strong interest in technology and process optimisation.
