Administrative Recruiting Assistant The Recruiting Admin assists in executing plans, coordinates and conducts the sourcing, screening and selection activities of an assigned area. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Work is performed within broadly defined areas of regulations and procedures, and may be reviewed and monitored by superiors or auditors. Discretion and confidentiality is required. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: include but are not limited to the following: • Multitasking skills is a MUST • Maintains applicant logs in compliance with company and EEO standards • Screens candidates in accordance with company and applicable regulations • Prepares and delivers offer letters • Conducts post-offer screenings to include reference checking, background screening and other screening/testing as needed • Clears candidates for hire • Makes outbound and receives inbound call to discuss current opportunities within ACT • Ensures reputation of employer of choice in marketplace • Coordinates and monitors activities to suggest and implement new and existing policies, procedures, and practices within area of responsibility • Maintains effective relationships with Operations/Business Units • Plan daily, weekly and monthly activities to reach objectives and goals. Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma • Administrative experience • Excellent computer skills • Excellent communication skills • Professionalism
