Shopper Marketing Associate Manager - Natural Channel

Requirements: 

• 4-6 years of customer/shopper marketing or related experience
• Experience working with Natural Channel Retailers 
• Experience in CPG, Food & Beverage (natural & conventional grocers, mass-market retailers) 
• Must have a proven track record in leading/growing shopper marketing sales  
• Able to travel up to 20% to support trade events, customer calls, etc. 
• Available to work flexible schedules, including some evenings & nights  
• Interest and passion for raw foods and kombucha 
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Shopper Marketing Associate Manager to join our team, reporting to the Shopper Marketing Manager. In this role, you will support the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive sales, and improve the overall shopping experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that resonate with consumers and meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities: 

Assisting in the planning and execution of shopper marketing campaigns, such as in-store promotions, digital activations, and events. You will analyze shopper insights and trends to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Additionally, you will coordinate with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely execution of promotional materials and in-store displays, as well as support the development of marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, product packaging, and promotional signage. Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance will be essential, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration with sales teams will help align marketing efforts with retail partners and enhance distribution strategies. You will also manage budgets with support from Shopper team for shopper marketing initiatives to ensure effective resource allocation while staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation. • Proficient in leveraging syndicated data sources such as SPINs, Nielsen, and IRI, coupled with expertise in category management. Committed to extracting actionable insights and identifying strategic avenues for channel growth.
• Demonstrates sound business judgment and decision-making abilities, with a knack for identifying, prioritizing, and articulating initiatives that yield the highest impact.
• Possesses a customer-oriented mindset, with hands-on experience in omnichannel marketing. Demonstrates a track record of effectively driving sales both in physical retail environments and online.
• Proactively seeks out new digital and in-store shopper tools, and is eager to take on additional responsibilities beyond primary job duties when necessary.
• Exhibits strong organizational skills, with proficiency in project management and budget oversight. Capable of advancing multiple projects concurrently with a sense of urgency and ownership.
• Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills, enabling effective interaction with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Operates with high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation, driving initiatives forward with creativity and a sense of purpose.
• Leverages syndicated data sources and expertise in category management to inform strategic decisions, consistently seeking out opportunities for channel growth and optimization.

 Job Details:

• Work Attire: Smart/Business Casual
• Schedule: Remote PST hours, additionally must be available 1-2x a week for 2nd shift meetings
• Pay Range: $85,000.000 - $100,000 Salary +  bonus eligible
