We are seeking an experienced Facility Services Manager to lead the teams responsible for maintaining the safety, presentation, and functionality of the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and wider estate.

This is primarily a leadership, coordination, and administrative role, focused on planning, ensuring compliance, fostering accountability, and overseeing the systems and resources that maintain facilities and assets across the Waitangi Treaty Grounds and wider estate. Through strong planning, coordination, and administrative oversight, the role ensures the grounds uphold the mana and significance of Waitangi while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
