We're looking for a friendly, resourceful, and service‑minded Customer Service Specialist to support our Brand Partners and leaders and help create an outstanding customer experience.
⭐ What You'll Do
As a key member of our Thailand team, you will:
- Work closely with the Country Manager and Customer Service teams in the U.S. and APAC.
- Welcome and support distributors and leaders who visit the office.
- Assist with resolving product, order, or account questions-including processing cash‑paid orders.
- Guide and train distributors on enrollment and how to use their Virtual Office tools.
- Escalate issues when needed to regional or U.S. support teams.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and solutions‑driven office environment.
- Take on additional tasks as needed to support the team.
🎯 What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is both people‑focused and detail‑oriented:
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Comfortable using MS Office, CRMs, and general office software.
- Experience in direct selling, MLM, or network marketing is a strong plus.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to coach, teach, and motivate others.
- Calm under pressure and skilled at resolving escalated situations.
- Independent, adaptable problem‑solver.
- Friendly, dependable, flexible, and professional.
- Able to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
