Job DetailsJob Location: Kansas - Olathe, KSPosition Type: Full TimeJob Summary: MidAmerica Nazarene University (MNU) is seeking a competent self-starter as a CRM Manager who supports the effective operation, maintenance, and user experience of MidAmerica Nazarene University’s Slate CRM admissions system. Reporting to the Senior Data Administrator, this position plays a key role in ensuring accurate data, efficient workflows, and high-quality communications that support recruitment, admissions, and student engagement. The role is hybrid, combining on-campus collaboration with remote work flexibility.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain and update Slate CRM forms, events, queries, rules, and communication flows.
Monitor CRM processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with institutional enrollment goals.
Provide day-to-day support for Slate users, including troubleshooting, documentation, and training.
Assist with data imports, exports, and integration checks to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Conduct routine data audits and quality checks to support accurate reporting and decision-making.
Build and schedule email and text communications within Slate Deliver, ensuring brand alignment and accuracy.
Support event management workflows, including registration forms, confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
Assist with the creation of dashboards, reports, and queries for Enrollment, Marketing, and Student Success teams.
Participate in testing, implementation, and documentation of new CRM features and enhancements.
Collaborate with campus partners to understand operational needs and translate them into CRM solutions.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and user guides.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Experience working with Slate or another CRM platform.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to learn technical tools quickly and troubleshoot issues effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated customer-service orientation and collaborative working style
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Slate tools such as Queries, Reports, Rules, Deliver, Forms, and Events.
Familiarity with HTML, or basic SQL.
Experience supporting admissions and enrollment operations.
Prior experience in data management, process coordination, or CRM administration.
Work Environment and Schedule
Hybrid work arrangement with a combination of on-campus and remote work.
Regular interaction with Admissions, Enrollment, and Marketing teams in a collaborative environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
