The Role
We're looking for a tier 2 support person who is looking to step up into more of a leadership position as a 2IC for the team. You’ll be providing first-line phone Fusion customers, actively listening to their issues to determine how they can be resolved. You’ll be resolving tickets promptly and accurately while always maintaining exceptional levels of customer service.
You’ll work closely with colleagues and other stakeholders to escalate any issues, tracking progress until a successful outcome is reached for the customer.
