Job Purpose:-
Managing e-commerce platforms.
•online commerce (Quick _Commerce & E-Commerce): is the buying and selling of goods through websites or Apps.
ᴧ Day-to-day Operations: Supervises the day-to-day operations of E-commerce accounts to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes,s and procedures.
ᴧ Handling the day-to-day operations of B2C & Financial dues.
ᴧ Controlling daily workflow (sales & Finance) to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies and processes.
ᴧ Resolving all logistics problems with Customers by establishing regular communication with concerned parties to avoid any business issues.
ᴧ Managing The Budget for all the customers of the sales B2C department (E-commerce) and, handling customers' financial statements, and Credit Ceiling.
ᴧ Replying to our partner’s needs (complaints, inquiries, requests).
ᴧ Handling new sales opportunities (prices, QTYs, availability, marketing execution).
ᴧ Reviewing YTD performance VS Business Plan.
ᴧ Conducting a monthly business review with our partners.
ᴧ Scanning the competitors' activities across the Market.
ᴧ Continuous push on premium range to enhance our margin %.
ᴧ Planning the growth strategies for the coming year.
ᴧ Finalizing the contracts with our partners (Negotiations, Signing, Execution).
ᴧ Monitoring the Weekly KPIs.
ᴧ Auditing our presence across all digital platforms.
ᴧ Securing our pricing strategy & Financial KPI’s.
ᴧ Adapting the plan according to what we’ve missed to be within the monthly time gone.
ᴧ Year-to-Year deep dive analysis.
ᴧ Education: BA in relevant field (Business, commerce, etc.)
ᴧ Language: Good command of English.
ᴧ Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Strong analytical and communication skills.
ᴧ Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in E-commerce.
