As a Trainee Account Manager, you will:
• Support the management and development of long-term relationships with partners while learning how to maximize account performance.
• Assist in onboarding new business partners and ensuring a smooth start to collaborations.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and support partner negotiations.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to improve processes and better serve our partners’ needs.
• Help expand the customer portfolio by identifying and exploring new partnership opportunities.
• Gradually take ownership of accounts and projects with guidance from experienced team members.
• Support the optimization of our brand setup to achieve strong performance and partner satisfaction.
• Work with industry-leading brands and contribute to driving high-quality lead generation.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
• A strong interest in account management or performance marketing.
• A recent degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven mindset (experience with data visualization tools like Tableau is a bonus).
• Confidence in communicating and presenting ideas - on the phone, on a video call or in person.
• Explaining products, commissions and market relations in easy-to-understand terms and adapting your pitch to the world and viewpoint of your target audience.
• Fluency in English (German skills are a plus).
