For our Global Order Fulfilment team, we are seeking an Order Fulfillment Planner who enjoys maintaining daily operational consistency while also implementing improvement initiatives. In this role, you will be the link that ensures our logistics flow works seamlessly today – and gets even better tomorrow.

As our new Order Fulfillment Planner, you’ll ensure efficient transfer of finished goods from our local factory warehouses to our global distribution centers and work to maintain daily operational excellence and stability.
More specifically, you’ll:
- Execute daily tasks according to agreed standards within logistics, collaborating with warehouses, logistics service providers, and central planning.
- Ensure progress on key performance indicators such as Delivery Performance (DP) and trailer utilisation.
- Take part in cross-functional projects and initiatives, bringing insights that create real business value.
- Spot opportunities, challenge existing processes, and lead improvements in close collaboration with stakeholders.
- Turn data into action by carrying out analyses and deep dives to enhance business understanding and support better decision-making.
- Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
About you
As a person, you’re characterized by your positive attitude and your resilience, and you thrive in a complex environment that requires equal level of structure and the ability to manage unforeseen tasks, adjust and move things forward. With your open and accommodating approach, you build trustful relations with ease, and you enjoy – and find it natural – to collaborate and communicate with people across professional levels as well as national and cultural boundaries.
Moreover, you:
- Probably hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. in logistics, supply chain, engineering, economic, business or similar)
- Bring some years of experience in logistics planning, inventory control, or warehouse optimization
- Hold advanced analytical skills and confidence in working with data (Excel a must; Power BI/SAP is a plus)
- Have professional proficiency in both Danish and English
