About the Role
Reporting to the Program Manager RAES, the Community Projects Manager oversees the planning, coordination and performance of Community Projects across multiple sites.
You will provide day-to-day leadership to project staff, maintain strong community relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, compliantly and in line with approved Work Plans and program guidelines.
This role balances people leadership, operational coordination and performance management to support positive participant engagement and program outcomes.
