Job Summary:
The Marketing & Brand Intern will support Columbia Forest Products’ Marketing team in building engaging visual content, strengthening brand consistency, and supporting key marketing initiatives across the organization. This intern will work closely with design, communications, and brand leadership to help create scalable assets, organize brand content, and assist in storytelling efforts that highlight CFP’s people, culture, and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Graphic Design & Creative Support
- Assist in designing marketing assets including social graphics, digital ads, presentations, print collateral, and event materials.
- Support brand‑aligned design work for internal and external campaigns, ensuring visual consistency.
- Help edit or resize images, graphics, and templates for use across multiple platforms.
Content Library Management
- Maintain a centralized content library (images, videos, graphics, templates).
- Tag, categorize, and quality‑check visual assets to support future brand and marketing needs.
- Assist in documenting brand guidelines, templates, and reusable resources for internal teams.
Marketing Campaign & Brand Support
- Contribute to CFP storytelling initiatives. including culture, employee‑driven content, and product‑focused narratives
- Gather content from cross‑functional partners such as Operations, HR, and Sales to support multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Help draft or refine marketing copy for social media, web content, or internal communications.
- Assist in creating videos & animations for social media, web content, and internal communications.
General Marketing & Administrative Support
- Assist with scheduling content posts, coordinating deliverables, and preparing campaign materials.
- Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and planning discussions.
- Support internal communications initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Beginner to intermediate skill level in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Canva, or similar design tools.
Details:
- Duration of internship will be from June 1st to August 14th.
- Paid up to 40 hours per week
