We are looking for a senior Market Access professional with a proven track record of driving hospital adoption through strategic account planning. You bring deep knowledge of the Swedish healthcare system, solid TLV negotiation experience, and an established national and regional network.
In this role, you will lead market access strategy and execution in Sweden. You will engage key payer stakeholders, shape sustainable treatment and funding pathways, and work cross-functionally to secure optimal patient access.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with TLV, NT-rådet, and regional payer stakeholders
Lead national and regional access initiatives, including negotiations and implementation
Monitor policy and health economic developments to inform strategic direction
Present and defend the medical and economic value of products to decision-makers
Collaborate closely with Commercial, HEOR, Public Affairs, and Medical teams to ensure aligned stakeholder engagement
Degree in a relevant scientific or health-related field, or equivalent experience
7+ years of Market Access experience in Sweden, including TLV negotiations
Strong understanding of national and regional decision-making and hospital financing
Established payer network at national and regional level
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
Willingness to travel within Sweden
Fluent in Swedish and English
