POSITION SUMMARY
【Purpose of Role】
Perform a variety of specialized, responsible, and detailed administrative functions to support the Rooms Division, including creating and maintaining reports, records, and files; coordinating with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations; and assisting with the division’s core processes and initiatives. Additionally, lead the W Hotel Gift Shop operations by delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals, managing vendor relations, handling item transfers and new orders, overseeing inventory control, arranging visual merchandising, processing contracts, and developing new retail partnerships to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
【Cast Key Responsibilities】
Providing support
1.Respond to phone, emails and in person enquiries.
2.Establish good ”Trace/Tracking” system to assist DOR and the Rooms team to follow up matters effectively and timely.
3.Proactively create and maintain effective workflow and communications to accomplish the work of the Rooms departments.
4.Manage Office Machinery and Maintain Office Databases.
5.Maintain strong working relationships across all departments and build teams across all departments.
6.Assist to oversee Rooms departments.
Meeting Coordination
1.Organize meeting or event which is requested by DOR.
2.Organize departmental Star Voice program with all Rooms departments on a quarterly basis.
3.Organize monthly Welcome Desk Manager, Core project meeting or any meetings when required.
4.Prepare the meeting source.
5.Record the meeting and follow up the meeting.
6.Contribute the idea to the meeting and assist the meeting.
