About the Role: 

As a Heavy Equipment Assembler, you will build and assemble on of our commercial-class machines - such as asphalt pavers, brooms, graders, or road wideners.  Ensuring that each unit meets LEEBOY's quality and safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, and torque tools.
• Remove small amounts of metal to ensure proper fit between parts.
• Drill, tap and ream holes as required.
• Bend and install hydraulic piping.
• Install hoses based on process drawings.
• Perform basic wiring and assist in troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Test or support testing of completed product.

Requirements

 Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of mechanical repair experience (professional or personal).
• Familiarity with wrench sizes and torque specifications.
• Ability to install engine hoses, clamps, and basic wiring.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands on experience with automotive, tractor, or motorsports repairs.
• Experience reading and following assembly or process drawings.
