We’re seeking an Enterprise Applications Manager to lead the management, development, and optimization of critical business systems ERP, WMS, Power Apps, and more. What You Will Do
- Ensure smooth operation and updates of ERP, WMS, and related applications,
- Analyze requirements and design solutions to enhance processes and efficiency,
- Co‑create and manage the enterprise applications roadmap,
- Develop Power Apps internally and/or with vendors,
- Document and analyze business processes, identify improvement areas,
- Collaborate across departments, ensure data consistency,
- Manage vendors for application implementations and support,
- Monitor deliverables, timelines, and budgets; track KPIs,
- Act as key contact for business application issues,
- Provide guidance, training, documentation, and best practices,
- Coordinate with colleagues on infrastructure, security, and access.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchases, Order Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse),
- Deep knowledge of ERP/WMS/CRM architecture and functionality,
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications,
- Excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills,
- Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Mantis LVS/Aberon, Power Platform, Dataverse, and basic programming are a plus,
- Understanding of modern app stack fundamentals (Server-side, HTTP, APIs, Front-end technologies),
- 5+ years in ERP/WMS/CRM solution design & implementation, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem.
