Duties/Responsibilities:
· Perform data sanitization of hard drives.
· Maintain detailed digital erasure records.
· Tag, label, and manage physical drive inventory.
· Coordinate and support R2 validation checks.
· Research resale pricing and market trend analysis.
· Identify high-value components and assets for resale optimization.
· Test, diagnose, and refurbish computers, laptops, servers, and networking equipment.
· Upgrade hardware components.
· Extract drives from servers, DAE units, and other equipment.
· Inventory and properly route assets from grading to resale or end-of-life disposition and investigate discrepancies.
· Enter and tether asset data.
· Maintain Excel-based automation tools to streamline record keeping, reporting and workflow processes.
· Assist with revision of work instructions and documentation.
· Support housekeeping, organization, and inventory control within the department.
· Collaborate with Online Refurb Sales Associate and Refurbishing Supervisor to ensure SLA deadlines are met.
